Job Location: Cherry Hill, NJ


Database/ Admn. Assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate information/record of all company correspondence, Batch Records, Components specifications, raw material purchase, vendors qualifications record. The Database Assistant will need to help management with searching information needed through phone calls, web searches, and by email. Attention to detail, confidence on the phone, and comfort with the Google, Microsoft Office Suite are all MUST.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Performs a variety of related clerical support duties, such as producing reports, copying, filing, faxing, scanning, arranging and retrieving document files and reports, preparing correspondence, answering phone and relaying messages and mail, etc.
  • Creates, maintains and updates assigned databases, spreadsheets and project assignments in a timely and accurate manner to support departmental processes, functions, and projects.
  • Create and maintain office Forms/ Log Book Templates for office/ production use.
  • Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed.
  • Perform search related to product clinical studies, benefits and its market.
  • Coordinate online marketing and sales (Amazon).
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School diploma with additional education or training in relevant applications software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software is plus.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and 1-2 years of related clerical/administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a good grasp on writing.
  • Attention to detail and accurate data input.
